KA.LA Chocolatier works with the best ingredients to produce fine chocolates and tantalizingly fresh confections. We play not only with traditional flavors from the U.K. and Belgium, but tempt you to explore modern flavor combinations from around the globe, like fruits and spices from Jamaica.
KA.LA uses Valrhona® Chocolate to create our dark, milk and white chocolate bonbons. We use the best quality nuts, dried fruit and fruit puree, rich dairy, and gluten in our products. We source the tastiest spices, salts and sugars the world can offer.

Chocolatier
Kirsten Bennett has followed a passion of creating confections in her neighborhood, the Arts District of Los Angeles. Her travel around the world has inspired her to try new flavors and to learn about the traditional flavors of the US, Europe, the Caribbean, and Asia. As a Black woman with both Jamaican and British heritage, Kirsten has found a way to share her nationalities’ tastes by including JA and UK flavors. She strives to make classic confections, but also experiment with new ideas. She hopes you’ll come long for the journey.
